Refund Policy

Returns

You have 14 days from the delivery of the last item in your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or other proof of purchase.

To make returns easier, please provide us with pictures.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations

You can request cancellation of items that have not yet been fulfilled through your customer account. Items that have already been fulfilled can be returned in accordance with the return terms above.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions and non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned. This applies to products that were sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery, to goods that are perishable or have a short shelf life, and to custom-made or personalised products. We also cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Our snacks and drinks are shelf-stable, so your 14-day right of withdrawal applies to them in full, as long as the product is unused, unopened and with the seal intact, in its original packaging.

Exchanges

Returning the item you received is the quickest way to receive the item you want. Once your return has been accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union, 14-day withdrawal period

For orders delivered in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from the delivery of the last item, without providing a reason. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, unopened and with the seal intact, in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at Info@Munchiez.shop.
