Shipping policy

1. General information on delivery
We deliver our products within Germany, to all EU countries, and to selected countries worldwide. Deliveries are handled by DHL. Orders are usually processed within 3 working days.

2. Delivery charges & delivery options
Standard delivery within Germany: 5.99 € – delivery time approx. 3–5 working days
Express delivery within Germany: 16.99 € – delivery time approx. 1–2 working days
Standard delivery within the EU: 13.99 € – delivery time approx. 3–5 working days
International standard delivery: 25.99 € – delivery time approx. 5–8 working days

The exact shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and start once your order has been dispatched. There are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays. Delays caused by external factors, such as customs clearance, are beyond our control.

4. Shipping restrictions
We currently ship to Germany, all EU member states, and the following countries: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States. If your country is not listed, we are unfortunately unable to deliver there at this time.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes and handling fees may apply. These are payable by the recipient.

5. Parcel tracking
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow the status of your order at any time.
